The super large living and dining room is the perfect place for families or friends to relax, read a book, catch up to watch TV .
Apart from the many special antiques found throughout the house , the ten seater antique mahogany dining table is simply exquisite. The caned wooden chairs can be found throughout the house however are antiques so should be treated as such.

There is a large foyer which leads to the bedrooms and the open concept kitchen with all modern appliances and is the perfect nook for reading a book.
The kitchen has a view of the pool area and deck and there is also space for dining on the small patio right outside the kitchen.

Rafeen offers a very quiet and relaxing environment . It’s calming and peaceful effect has been experienced by many of our visitors along with the Green Monkeys who traverse along the fence in early mornings and later afternoons.
For those who want to keep up on their fitness routine, the track around the Savannah is the perfect place for a early morning or evening walk or runs.
