At Mile Tree Realty our Property Management Team is always willing and ready to answer any of your questions about the Management Services offered. We take pride in taking care of your property in your absence. We go the extra mile to make sure you and your guests/ tenants are comfortable and well taken care of.

Our services include but are not limited too:

• Evaluate the property and determine a rental rate based on the market
• Perform periodic inspections to identify any maintenance issues that need addressing
• Prepare for tenant/ guests move ins and move outs
• Collection of rent
• Provide accounting services for your property i.e paying of daily, monthly or yearly bills and submitting monthly statements to owners
• Organise maintenance, repairs and remodelling
• Organise work schedules for staff as required i.e gardeners, housekeepers etc
• Schedule site visits with contractors to provide quotes on any maintenance or repairs that needs to be done
• Organise work schedules for contractors as required
• Purchase supplies for property as needed
• Be the point of contact for tenants or guests should any issues arise

SHORT AND LONG TERM RENTALS

• Market the property for rent on Mile Tree website and any other OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) e.g Airbnb, VRBO, TripAdvisor, Booking.com
• Market the property for rent on Social media platforms e.g Facebook and Instagram
• Tenant screening (Long term)
• Lease preparation (Long Term)
• Move in and move out preparations
