The story began 20+ years ago while both working in the Hospitality Industry at different hotels where Trudi and Randy’s paths crossed. Randy worked in maintenance and housekeeping and Trudi, who would later become his wife, worked in just about all the departments in the hotel as a Management Trainee and later in the Information Technology Department.

In 2012, while working in their later established maintenance and landscaping business, Trudi suggested they start a Property Management/ Real Estate  business emphasising the idea of a husband and wife team. Randy was intrigued by the idea however was concerned it wasn’t aligned with his future career plans, so they dismissed the idea at that time.

In 2018 however, they decided that it was time for Trudi to venture into an alternative field which would be less physically onerous. Believing that Property Management was her calling she started to search for a job in that field. She was successful in her search and was selected to work at a reputable Real Estate company as a Property Manager.

Randy on the other hand was still running the maintenance and landscaping business but in the last couple years got an opportunity to manage a house for an overseas couple, where Randy found himself  growing a love for the industry.

Fast forward to the present an awesome opportunity presented itself and with both of their experiences and skill sets, Trudi and Randy decided to start their own Real Estate company with the main focus on Property Management and rentals. Later their daughter Naja would join them as she too had a passion for Real Estate and saw this as an opportunity to fulfil her dream.. They would all tell you that one of the driving forces  behind the business is that they are passionate about what they do. They love dealing with clients, owners, and service contractors alike to provide the same professional, friendly and efficient service to everyone.

The name Mile Tree Realty was chosen because a Mile Tree is rooted deep and that is one of its awesome characteristics and what makes it a unique tree and so is their business model which is rooted deeply in their love and passion for what they do and unique in terms of how they provide the service that is offered to anyone they interact with.
